Keerti is a young development professional with experience in community interface at the grassroots and capacity building of community cadre. She has completed her M.A in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and is graduation in B.A Economics and Sociology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Previously, she has worked with Kudumbashree National Resource Organization under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission, GOI.



Senior Manager Program Support

Lalitha Sridharan is an experienced administration professional of over 20 years with sound expertise in planning big event management. Before joining ACCESS, she started her career with CARE India an International NGO. In ACCESS she manages overall office operations, administrative systems, procedures, and policies and HR administration.



Communications Officer

Amy has a background of BA. Journalism and Mass communication, with Masters in Environment & Development studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi. She has been working in the sustainable livelihood sector in the field of development communication, social research and program support for the past 5 years. Prior to ACCESS, she was working with Fair Trade Forum-India, a national network promoting Fair Trade model and sustainable consumption and production. In the past, she has worked with Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS), Manushi Sangathan and Indrprastha Public Affairs Centre (IPAC), in the field of research, documentation and reporting. She has also interned with the Multimedia Division of Hindustan Times and Science & Environment Reportage Unit of Down to Earth magazine, published by Centre for Science and Environment (CSE).
