K M Nanaiah is the Managing Director, Equifax Credit Information Services Private Limited and Country Leader - India & MEA, Equifax. He is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for both the Credit Bureau in India and Analytics businesses in India & Middle East region for Equifax. Prior to joining Equifax, he was the Managing director of Pitney Bowes in India, a global technology company. He has set up the India Business of Pitney Bowes as the first Managing director and managed the business successfully for over ten years. Nanaiah is also the Director of Infocredit Holdings Private Limited (IHPL) based in Singapore and Committee Member of CII National Committee on Inclusion and Digitization. He has proven skills of having built a high-performance organization, setting up processes, implementing controls and introducing innovative solutions to create success patterns. He has also received awards for encouraging Diversity at workplace. He is an avid cyclist and loves farming.

Rohit is also a member of The Confederation of Indian Industry, National Committee on Financial Markets and a member of the National Committee for Total Cost Management {TCM). Rohit has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rohit joined India Ratings from The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was most recently the Managing Director & Regional Head of Global Transaction Services, Asia Pacific. Prior to The Royal Bank of Scotland, Rohit also worked at ABN AMRO Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank in various roles across client segments, sectors advisory, branch management, products & business risk. Rohit holds a B.A. (Honours) Economics and a M.A. Economics from The University of Delhi, India
Dr. G.R. Chintala is the Chairman of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) with effect from 27 May 2020. Previously, he was the Managing Director of NABFINS, a subsidiary of NABARD headquartered in Bengaluru. Dr. G.R. Chintala, a Post Graduate from the prestigious Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, joined NABARD as an officer and worked in various capacities at the Head Office, Mumbai and Regional Offices including Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, New Delhi and Bengaluru. He was also the Vice President of Agri-Business Finance Ltd., Hyderabad and the Director of Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow. Dr. G.R. Chintala has handled several consultancy assignments including a significant one on “Roadmap for Amalgamation of Regional Rural Banks” in 2006 that led the way for the consolidation of 196 RRBs. He also undertook a consultancy assignment on “Efficacy of SGSY in meeting the aspirations of SCs/STs” commissioned by the Ministry of Rural Development, whose recommendations helped in launching National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) throughout the country and phasing out the SGSY. Shri Chintala had also successfully introduced the Producers Organisations model in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Hitendra Dave has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC India in June 2021. Hitendra Dave, formerly Head of Global Banking & Markets of HSBC India (known widely by his last name, Dave), has almost 30 years work experience in the Indian Financial Markets, of which the last 20 have been with HSBC. He joined the bank in 2001 in the Global Markets business and has risen through the ranks to his current role as MD & Head of Global Banking and Markets business, the dominant contributor to HSBC India’s PBT over the years. Dave is a post graduate in Business Administration and holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University.
Uma Shankar Paliwal, postgraduate (Economics and History) and an M.Phil. He has more than 34 years of experience in Central Banking having worked with RBI in the areas of Regulation and Supervision, Risk Management, Financial Inclusion, Consumer Education and Protection, Payment and Settlement Systems, Currency Management, Operations, Strategy, Human Resources, Inspection, NBFCs and Supply Chain. A Golden Jubilee Scholar of the Reserve Bank completed his MBA in Financial Management with Distinction from the University of Exeter, UK and is also an Alumnus of the London Business School. He has worked as Director-Supervision, at the Bank of Mauritius and was also RBI‟s Nominee Director on the Boards of three Public Sector banks in India viz., State Bank of Mysore, Dena Bank and Corporation Bank. As an Executive Director at RBI, he has handled the portfolios pertaining to Financial Inclusion and Development, Consumer Education and Protection, Human Resource, Currency Department and The Board. Presently, he is CEO, Association of Small Finance Banks of India and Secretary General of Currency Cycle Association, an SRO for cash management industry in India.
N. Srinivasan has four decades of development finance and economics experience. He had been a central banker and development banker for 30 years (in Reserve Bank of India and NABARD). After three decades of career as a development banker, over the last ten years, he has been involved in design, supervision and evaluation of policy, strategy and implementation of several development finance and rural livelihood initiatives and institutions in India and abroad. His areas of interest are, development banking, financial inclusion, vulnerable and rural livelihoods and social entrepreneurship. He has authored the Microfinance India State of the Sector Reports for four years which are regarded as reference material for the sector. He has jointly authored, with Girija Srinivasan, the State of India’s Livelihoods report for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. He has also brought out books and on Rural Finance in India and Corporate Social Responsibility besides contributing to many other books as a joint author. He currently serves as an independent director on the board of Equitas Small Finance Bank, three other companies and two development trusts. As an international development finance and livelihoods expert, he serves as a consultant and advisor to World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development, GIZ, KFW, NABARD, SIDBI, Microsave and other institutions.
Dr R. Bhaskaran is a mentor and trainer in the banking and finance domain. He has more than 4 decades of experience in the field of banking and finance, and training and development. He started his career as an officer with Bank of India. From there he moved on to NABARD where he has worked in project appraisal, credit delivery system, fund and treasury management, Joint Director and Director in charge of Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) and CGM looking after cooperative banking and later institutional development. He left NABARD and took over as CEO of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance where he worked for 10 years. His transformational leadership of IIBF is widely acclaimed which made the institute possibly the largest and leading institute of bankers in the world. He was able to customise JAIIB and CAIIB the two professional banking qualifications of IIBF for many countries. IIBF is now known for a large number and five levels of professional on-line or blended courses (fully supported with E-learning and Video classes) it offers to the banking fraternity. It is his unstinting belief in technology and efforts that has made IIBF the largest virtual institute in banking space. After IIBF, for a brief period he worked as Director Centre of Excellence in Banking and Finance of NIIT University.

Alok has 24 years of professional experience in international development, rural finance/microfinance/inclusive finance and research at both policy and implementation level. He has worked with NABARD, NCDEX and as CEO of a global microfinance rating, policy analysis and technical advisory agency. Alok has provided consulting services to various multilaterals such as ADB, UNCDF, World Bank, IFC, GIZ and SDC. Alok holds a PhD in Development Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, Master in Development Management (Gold Medallist) from Asian Institute of Management, Manila. He has been trained at Harvard Business School in “Strategic Leadership for Microfinance” and was a Fellow, Fletcher Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion at Tufts University
Dr HK Pradhan is Professor of Finance and Economics at XLRI, Xavier School of Management at Jamshedpur, where he also served as the member of the Board & Chaired the Doctoral Programme. He has over 35 years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting in the field of finance and economics. Having a master degree from Utkal University, an M Phil & Ph.D. from the University of Pune, Dr Pradhan was a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Columbia University Business School, New York. He is presently an Independent Director of SBI-DFHI Mumbai and The Yes Asset Management Trustee Company, Ltd. He served as Chairman, The Indian Commodity Exchange, Mumbai, member of the RBI Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Financial Markets, Independent Director of the State Bank of India Mutual Fund, director on the Board of Micro Credit Rating International Ltd and a member of the Index & Option Committee of NCDEX, Mumbai. He was the Pacific Regional Advisor for the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, while serving concurrently as the Resident Debt Advisor with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Fiji, acted as expert for the UN Finance for Development, drafted the framework papers for the Doha meet of the UN-ESCAP, consultant to Asian Development Bank on Municipal Finance, and Crown Agents London on debt management
Tamal Bandyopadhyay, one of the most respected business journalists in India, is a Consulting Editor of Business Standard. His weekly column on banking and finance, called “Banker’s Trust” is widely read for its deep insights, clarity and ability to anticipate and dissect various policy moves. He has authored five non-fiction best sellers, including “Bandhan: The Making of a Bank” which traces the history of microfinance beside the stories of three largest microfinance companies in India one of which has become a universal bank. His latest book is “Pandemonium: The Great Indian Banking Tragedy”. He is also a Senior Adviser to Jana Small Finance Bank.
Veena Mankar has over four decades of experience in banking and financial services. Her expertise is in financial inclusion, MSMEs, trade and structured finance. She is the founder of entities under the Swadhaar name, focused on financial inclusion. The Swadhaar MFI was acquired by RBL Bank in 2019. Veena is actively engaged in financial inclusion, through the non-profit, that provides financial education and access to finance, especially non-credit products, for low income households, with occupations in rural, agri and micro enterprises. She is currently a Director on the Boards of RBL Bank Limited and IDFC Foundation. She has a BA in Economics from Lady Shree Ram College, Delhi, and a post-graduation in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad
